Research Interests

My research agenda centers on issues of theoretical linguistics, especially generative (minimalist) syntax.

I have worked on topics such as (i) reconstruction effects on binding and scope, (ii) ellipsis and parallelism, (iii) quantifier float, (iv) scope-marking questions, and (v) scrambling phenomena.

My current research concerns the top-down view of structure building.
